Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President for Services B2B Marketing in North America to lead the field marketing strategy and integrated program plans. You will drive demand, enable sellers, and scale campaigns while aligning regional priorities with global strategy.

You will lead a high-performing team, partner with Sales, product, and marketing stakeholders, and deliver measurable pipeline impact across priority solutions. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• B2B marketing experience leading demand generation/field marketing teams.
• Ability to align marketing strategy with senior sales leaders and drive pipeline.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, regional and corporate teams.
• Strong field-first and account-based marketing motions with seller enablement.
• Strategic planning skills and ability to translate insights into execution.
• Leadership and program management with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA Services field marketing strategy and integrated program plan.
• Develop field-led tactics: ABM programs, events, webinars, co-marketing.
• Collaborate with Sales on joint planning and campaign prioritization.
• Translate global positioning into NA-focused messaging and assets.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly business reviews with insights and recommendations.
• Coach and develop a high-performing field marketing team.
