Job summary

Mastercard’s Services B2B Marketing team seeks an experienced Vice President to lead North America field marketing strategy, driving demand, pipeline and revenue across priority solutions. You will translate global messaging into regionally relevant campaigns, partner with sales and product teams, and coach a high-performing field marketing group.

You will lead executive-facing reporting, manage budgets, and enable sellers with campaigns, events, and content.

Qualifications

• Experience leading demand generation/field marketing teams in financial services, payments, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
• Ability to align marketing strategy with senior sales leaders and drive measurable pipeline revenue.
• Experience translating global positioning into region-specific campaigns and assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead North America Services field marketing strategy and annual plan with focus on pipeline creation and deal influence.
• Develop and execute field-led tactics: ABM, executive engagements, events, webinars, partner co-marketing, sponsorships, sales plays.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to deliver integrated campaigns and measure results.
