Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management functions
• Automation deployment experience in a distribution center or manufacturing site environment
• Experience leading new distribution center builds and implementations
• Proven ability to interface with executive leaders and strategic partners
• Strong presentation skills and financial acumen
• Executive-level leadership experience across geographies

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Network Operations vision, strategy, and goals aligned with company priorities
• Develop, oversee, and execute the supply chain modernization strategy, roadmap, and investment plan
• Advance supply chain digital and automation capabilities
• Lead continuous improvement and network optimization to enhance service quality, availability, reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Lead supply chain network design and assess time and costs to bring goods to market
• Diagnose supply chain challenges and implement system, process, and physical improvements across the network
• Establish and enforce robust supply chain policies and procedures
• Lead intelligent supply chain metrics and reporting
• Oversee capital investments, automation deployment, and distribution center modernization
• Travel up to 20% and coordinate across geographies
