Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a visionary Vice President, Network Operations to lead centralized supply chain programs and simplify workflows. You will own strategic planning, network design, and capital deployment to drive world-class performance across the network.

Lead modernization initiatives, foster executive partnerships, and ensure robust governance while delivering measurable improvements in service levels and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management functions.
• Automation deployment experience in a distribution center or manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading distribution center builds and implementations from planning to launch.
• Proven ability to develop and execute enterprise-wide supply chain network strategies.
• Executive-level collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Strong presentation and financial analysis skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Network Operations vision, strategy, and goals.
• Oversee supply chain modernization strategy, roadmap, and investment plan.
• Lead continuous improvement and optimization of the network to boost service and efficiency.
• Direct network design to optimize time and cost to market.
• Ensure robust policies and procedures for continuous performance improvement.
• Lead for intelligent supply chain metrics, reporting, and governance.
• Oversee capital investments including automation deployment across the network.
• Manage hiring, training, coaching, and performance of the Network Operations team.
• Support capital investments and capacity planning for expansion or consolidation.
