Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management functions preferred.
• Automation deployment experience in a distribution center or manufacturing site environment preferred.
• Experience leading new distribution center builds and implementations from planning to operation and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Network Operations vision, strategy, and goals.
• Lead modernization strategy and automation capabilities in the network.
• Drive continuous improvement in service quality, reliability, and efficiency.
• Oversee network design, capacity planning, and cost-to-serve improvements.
• Manage key performance indicators and reporting for supply chain functions.
• Lead capital investments including automation deployment and DC modernization.
