Cardinal Health seeks a seasoned VP of Network Operations to lead centralized strategic supply chain programs. The role focuses on simplifying workflows, capital planning, and capacity optimization to drive world-class network performance across the distribution network.

The incumbent will manage the annual financial planning process, partner with executives, and guide modernization efforts that improve service, reliability, and efficiency while supporting growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management functions preferred.
• Automation deployment experience in distribution or manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading new distribution center builds and implementations.
• Proven experience developing and executing enterprise-wide supply chain network strategies.
• Proven ability to interface with executive leaders and strategic partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Network Operations vision, strategy, and goals.
• Oversee supply chain modernization strategy, roadmap, and investment plan.
• Lead continuous improvement and optimization across the network.
• Delineate the overall framework of our supply chain and assess time/costs.
• Diagnose challenges and ensure system/process improvements across the network.
• Ensure robust supply chain policies and procedures to drive performance.
• Lead for intelligent supply chain metrics, reporting, and agility.
• Oversee capital investments including automation deployment across the network.
