Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain functions.
• Automation deployment experience in DC or manufacturing sites.
• Experience leading new distribution center builds and launches.
• Proven ability to partner with executive leaders and strategic partners.
• Strong cross-functional resources leadership and strategic thinking.
• Excellent presentation skills and financial acumen.
• Travel up to 20% and Ohio-based location preferred.

• Develop and execute the Network Operations vision, strategy, and goals.
• Oversee supply chain modernization strategy, roadmap, and investments.
• Lead continuous improvement for network performance and service quality.
• Design and optimize network framework for time and cost efficiency.
• Diagnose challenges and drive system, process, and capital improvements.
• Ensure governance and policy compliance across supply chain ops.
• Lead for intelligent supply chain metrics, reporting, and agility.
• Manage budget and capital investments including automation deployment.
