Concept Plus, LLC is seeking a Growth & Capture Leader to shape national security opportunities and advance our data analytics, AI/ML, cloud, and digital transformation capabilities for DoD programs.

You will build trusted relationships with senior DLA decision-makers, lead full lifecycle capture, and mentor a team of BD professionals while traveling up to 20% to pursue multi-million-dollar contracts and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business development and capture.
• At least 3+ years of experience with DLA or in a similar DoD environment.
• Proven track record of winning multi-million-dollar federal contracts within DLA.
• Deep relationships within DLA preferred.
• Expertise in full lifecycle capture, proposal development, and strategic positioning.
• Ability to translate client needs into Concept Plus offerings (AI analytics, cloud, infrastructure).
• Strong leadership, communication, and consultative skills; proactive ownership of strategy to execution.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop & execute a national security growth strategy for DLA.
• Lead full lifecycle opportunity management from identification to capture.
• Drive growth through targeted capture, recompetes, and expansion within key accounts.
• Position Concept Plus offerings (data analytics, AI/ML, cloud, digital transformation).
• Engage with DOE labs leadership to expand partnerships and modernize platforms.
• Forge relationships with senior DLA decision-makers and act as trusted advisor.
