Job summary

Concept Plus LLC in Fairfax, VA, is seeking a high-impact Growth & Capture leader to shape the account growth strategy for the DoW & National Security. You will own full lifecycle capture, engage with senior DLA decision-makers, and drive multi‑million‑dollar bid opportunities across defense sectors.

You will mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams, partner with primes and small businesses, and report to the SVP/GM. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development and capture.
• At least 3+ years of experience at DLA.
• Proven track record of winning multi-million federal contracts.
• Deep DLA relationships preferred.
• Ability to translate client needs into Concept Plus offerings.
• Strong leadership and consultative skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national security growth strategy for DLA.
• Lead full lifecycle opportunity management—from identification to capture.
• Drive growth through capture, recompetes, and organic expansion.
• Position Concept Plus offerings in data analytics, AI/ML, cloud, and digital transformation.
• Engage with DOE labs leadership to expand partnerships.
