The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, performance metrics, and alignment with Commercial, R&D, Finance and Legal teams to optimize cash flow and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years in consumer-packaged goods or multi-site supply chain leadership.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, procurement, and S&OP process ownership with cost optimization.
• Experience leading large teams and coordinating with Commercial, Finance, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supply Chain and Procurement functions for North America to drive efficiency and service levels.
• Develop and implement S&OP processes, demand planning, and inventory management with KPI dashboards.
• Oversee procurement strategies, supplier relationships, and contract governance across sites.
• Align planning, scheduling, and manufacturing with cost reductions and capital asset integration.
