Baxter is seeking a skilled professional to own the purchasing cycle, manage material planning, and optimize inventory for uninterrupted manufacturing. You will coordinate with Operations, Quality, Finance, Logistics, and suppliers to meet service and financial goals using ERP/MRP data-driven decisions.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in material planning or procurement, APICS/CSCP/CPIM preferred, and strong Excel/ERP analytics.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–7 years progressive experience in Material Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement, or Manufacturing SCM.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.
• Experience in ERP systems and advanced supply chain analytics is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Strong knowledge in Demand Planning, Capacity Planning, Procurement, and MRP.

Responsabilidades

• Perform the purchasing cycle for all assigned materials, including quality revisions and transportation logistics.
• Maintain inventory and turns goals within planned expectations.
• Execute planning processes to maintain required inventory.
• Collaborate with warehousing/logistics to ensure on-time delivery to site.
• Monitor Purchase Price Variance and develop strategies to reduce impact.
• Control inbound freight costs per Baxter routing guidelines.
• Prepare analysis reports on shortages and supplier delivery performance.
• Participate in MRB meetings and open orders negotiations as required.
• Maintain master data in Rapid Response (Maestro) and associated systems.
• Develop relationships with key suppliers and customers to improve performance.
• Meet service and inventory targets and drive cost efficiency.
