Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a materials planning and procurement professional to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

You will drive planning, procurement, and inventory optimization, while coordinating with Operations, Quality, Finance, and Logistics to meet service and cost goals. You will leverage ERP/MRP systems, data analytics, and supplier collaboration to mitigate risks and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or closely related field.
• CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Procurement, and MRP.

Responsibilities

• Plan, procure, and optimize inventory to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Quality, Finance, Logistics, and Suppliers.
• Execute planning to meet service, inventory, and financial objectives.
• Monitor and control inbound freight and transportation costs.
• Prepare reports on shortages, supplier delivery performance, and cost savings opportunities.
