Qualifications

• Six or more years of relevant experience is generally expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop staff, lead projects and allocate resources, using management tools and calendars.
• Set direction and expectations for the team, define training plans and transfer of expertise.
• Improve client-service model across Listed Derivatives and OTC Clearing, ensure issues are owned and resolved.
• Build relationships with business unit partners and external contacts in Client or Market organizations.
• Oversee risk management of derivatives-clearing lifecycle events, including margin coordination and expiries.
• Drive client engagement through service reviews, metrics and self-service reporting.
