RIMEPRO INC. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager in Santa Clara to oversee ground-up multifamily and mixed-use developments from preconstruction to turnover.

You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and coordination with owners, architects, and subcontractors to deliver on time and within scope. The role requires strong leadership, robust knowledge of podium and Type III/Type V structures, and the ability to read complex drawings.

Formación

• 5+ years as a Project Manager with a general contractor preferred.
• Strong ground-up multifamily construction experience required.
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Knowledge of podium, Type III/Type V, wood-frame and concrete construction.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, subcontractor buyout, contracts and cost control.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil and MEP drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Manage ground-up multifamily and mixed-use projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Oversee all phases including sitework, foundations, podium, framing, MEP, interiors and turnover.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, cost forecasts and overall plans.
• Lead subcontractor bidding, buyout, contract negotiations and procurement.
• Manage project financials: cost tracking, change orders, monthly billings and updates.
• Coordinate with Superintendents to maintain schedules and milestones.
• Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings and project documentation.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers and teams to resolve issues.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates on progress and risks.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and long-lead items to prevent delays.
