Job summary

Pratum Companies seeks a Vice President of Operations for Residential Multi-Family Affordable Housing Property Management in Raleigh, NC. The role oversees a regional portfolio, guiding regional managers and site leaders with a strategic and financial focus.

Required 7–10+ years in property management, deep LIHTC/HUD knowledge, and strong English communication. Relocation to the US is supported; travel across assigned sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10+ years of property management with regional leadership.
• Deep expertise in affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD Section 8).
• Experience with MOR, REAC/NSPIRE inspections and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee effective operations of all properties in portfolio.
• Review monthly owner reports and financial statements.
• Lead, mentor and assess Directors/Managers across regions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards across sites.
