Job summary

Pratum Companies seeks a visionary Vice President to lead Residential Multi-Family Affordable Housing Property Management. The role drives strategic oversight of a regional portfolio, balancing the needs of owners with program compliance and strong financial performance.

Based in the DC Metro or Raleigh area with relocation support, this senior leader will mentor regional teams, implement standards, and partner with corporate leadership to advance the company’s mission and portfolio value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10+ years in property management with regional leadership responsibility.
• Deep knowledge of LIHTC, HUD and other affordable housing programs.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts and owner reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of all assigned properties and portfolios.
• Review financial reports, prepare owner updates, attend asset management meetings.
• Lead Directors, Regional Property Managers and Community Managers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and successful inspections.
