Job summary
Pratum Companies is seeking a Vice President of Operations, Residential Multi-Family Affordable Housing Property Management to provide strategic oversight of a portfolio across the Washington DC Metro and Raleigh regions. You will supervise Regional Property Managers, General Managers, and Community Managers while maintaining strong client relationships with third-party ownership partners.

Qualifications
- Minimum 7–10+ years of property management experience with leadership oversight.
- Deep experience with LIHTC, HUD Section 8 and related regulatory programs.
- Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multiple properties.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operations for all assigned properties and portfolios.
- Review monthly financial reports and prepare owner communications.
- Lead regional property managers and site teams to meet goals.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and HUD regulations.
- Negotiate contracts with corporate and external partners.
