Pratum Companies seeks a VP of Operations for Residential Multi-Family Affordable Housing Property Management. The role oversees a portfolio across regions with accountability for budgets, performance, and regulatory compliance. Relocation to the DC/Raleigh regions is supported.

The VP leads Regional Property Managers and Community Managers, ensuring high service levels, policy adherence, and strong client relationships with ownership groups and third parties.

Formación

• 7–10+ years of regional property management with progressive increases in scope and responsibility; leadership over large portfolios.
• Experience with LIHTC, HUD Section 8, MOR/REAC/NSPIRE inspections.
• Ability to lead, manage budgets, and supervise multiple managers.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the effective operations of all assigned properties and portfolios.
• Review monthly financial reports, prepare owner reports and attend asset management meetings.
• Lead and develop senior staff including Directors of Operations, Regional Property Managers and General Managers.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, HUD/LIHTC rules and other regulations; prepare budgets and monitor expenses.
