Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and delivering production tokenization systems in financial services or regulated environments.
• Expertise in Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and Solidity with security-conscious practices.
• Strong Canton and Daml smart-contract engineering experience.
• Proven ability to architect cross-chain interop, bridges, and asset-transfer patterns.
• Domain knowledge of capital markets and tokenized asset classes.
• Event-driven, API-first enterprise architecture using Java/TypeScript and Kafka.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement multi-chain tokenization services across Canton/Daml and EVM environments.
• Deliver enterprise-grade workflows for securities, funds, collateral mobility, and digital cash.
• Develop secure cross-network settlement patterns and token governance models.
• Issue and manage end-to-end asset lifecycles with registry, custody, and reporting.
• Ensure privacy, security, and resilience with robust production controls.
• Define engineering standards for testing, deployment, and observability.
