Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and build core on-chain tokenized equity systems. You will lead end-to-end projects, ensure correctness, and coordinate with traditional market infrastructure for secure, scalable settlements across multiple blockchains and jurisdictions.

You will work in a high-performance team, use Go, Python, or Java, and leverage Kafka, Postgres, and Kubernetes in a cloud-native stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale distributed systems in production.
• Backend expertise in Go, Python, or Java and cloud-native tools like Kafka, Postgres, and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate the backend services that mint, custody, and settle tokenized equities across leading blockchains, with correctness and auditability as hard requirements.
• Own large, technically complex projects end to end - design, implementation, rollout, and operating what you ship in a 24/7 system
• Build the connective tissue between traditional market infrastructure (brokerage, ledgers, corporate actions) and on-chain systems, including smart contract integrations, chain indexers, and DEX trade flows
• Partner with product, compliance, legal, and platform teams to turn regulatory constraints into workable system design
• Raise the technical bar through design reviews, code reviews, and hands-on mentorship
