Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years' experience in Servicing Transfer/Loan Boarding Management roles.
• 5+ years' experience in mortgage servicing.
• 2+ years' leadership experience in mortgage servicing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives for seamless transfer of mortgage servicing portfolios.
• Collaborate with departments to optimize transfer processes and manage risk.
