Job summary

Fay Servicing, a Fay Financial subsidiary, seeks an AVP of Quality Assurance to lead the day-to-day operations of the QA team within mortgage servicing. You will oversee processes, reporting, scorecards, sampling, and remediation to ensure compliance and service-level performance.

Reporting to the VP of Quality Assurance, you will coach QA specialists, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate cross-functionally to uphold policy adherence and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/GED)
• 3+ years mortgage servicing
• 5+ years quality assurance or risk management experience
• 5+ years in foreclosure/escrow/bankruptcy/loans experience
• 3+ years management/supervisor experience
• Strong knowledge of collections, customer service, loss mitigation, escrows, bankruptcy, payment processing
• Ability to lead teams and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and data tools
