Job summary

Warp Speed Holdings LLC seeks a Vice President of Loan Servicing Compliance and Risk to lead the organization’s mortgage servicing compliance program and ensure adherence to federal and state regulations. This role provides strategic guidance on servicing and default management compliance, oversees regulatory examinations and audits, and partners with business leaders to identify and mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of mortgage loan servicing experience with regulatory requirements.
• 3-5+ years of compliance, risk management, or regulatory oversight experience in mortgage/financial services.
• Experience with compliance management, risk monitoring, and regulatory reporting systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance with federal and state mortgage servicing requirements (payment processing, escrow, defaults).
• Direct a team of compliance and risk professionals across the company and affiliates.
• Serve as SME on mortgage servicing laws and regulatory requirements (RESPA, TILA, ECOA, FCRA, FACTA, UDAAP).
• Provide strategic and operational regulatory guidance to servicing and default teams.
