Job summary

Servbank is seeking a Vice President, Banking Compliance to lead the bank's Compliance Management System across deposit, consumer and commercial banking, and lending activities. The role focuses on HMDA, CRA, and Fair Lending leadership with strong regulatory expertise and collaboration with risk, audit, and business teams.

The ideal candidate will drive policy development, disclosures, and regulatory reporting, ensuring adherence to federal and state laws while promoting a proactive compliance

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in banking compliance, risk management, or audit.

Responsibilities

Lead second-line oversight of compliance across deposit operations, consumer and commercial banking, and lending activities.
Oversee HMDA data integrity, reporting, and governance, including data validation and annual LAR submissions.
Lead CRA program oversight, including performance monitoring and regulatory exam readiness.
Direct Fair Lending program activities, including risk assessments and monitoring for disparate treatment or impact.
Review findings and corrective action plans; ensure timely escalation of material issues.
Provide advisory support on regulatory interpretation and implementation.
