State Street Investment Management in Boston seeks a senior commercial leader to shape and execute the US model portfolio strategy. You will align capabilities with advisor needs, drive adoption, and manage a team of 3–5 professionals across marketing, ISG and distributions.

This role focuses on commercial leadership, market positioning, and cross‑functional execution to convert market interest into funded assets, with KPIs spanning AUM growth, platform penetration and client adoption.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in investment product commercialization, sales strategy and distribution strategy within wealth management or related assets.
• Experience with ETF model portfolios and/or multi-asset solutions.
• Strong understanding of the US wealth management ecosystem including advisor channels and home offices.
• Proven ability to translate investment concepts into clear client messaging.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration in a matrix organization.

Responsabilidades

• Set the US commercial strategy for model portfolios and multi-asset solutions, defining priority models, client segments, channels and platforms.
• Determine resource focus to maximize model adoption and asset growth.
• Translate intelligence into actionable commercial priorities and recommendations.
• Lead opportunities from initial interest to adoption and funded assets with measurable outcomes.
• Establish clear measures of success including AUM growth and client/adoption metrics.
