Job summary

PIMCO is seeking an experienced Model Sales and Strategy Lead to join the U.S. GWM Growth Markets team. You will own the U.S. Model Portfolio distribution strategy, shape product vision, and drive adoption across wirehouse, broker-dealer, RIA, and banks.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Portfolio Management, Analytics, Marketing and Technology to scale the platform and deliver growth in assets while ensuring compliant, clear messaging for advisors and clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in model portfolios or related roles within asset management or wealth platforms.
• Deep understanding of U.S. wealth business (UMA/SMAs, TAMPs, home-office platforms).
• Proven track record building enterprise partnerships and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the US GWM Model Portfolio strategy, including product roadmap and go-to-market priorities.
• Establish and own platform distribution across key intermediary channels (wirehouse, IBD, RIA, banks).
• Drive asset growth by identifying and securing enterprise partnerships and opportunities.
