Job summary

PIMCO in New York, NY is seeking a seasoned Model Sales and Strategy Lead to define and own the U.S. Model Portfolio distribution strategy within the US GWM Growth Markets team.

You will partner with Sales, Portfolio Management, Client Solutions, and Analytics to drive asset growth and platform adoption across wirehouses, RIAs, banks, and aggregators. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in model portfolios, multi-asset solutions, or related roles.
• Deep understanding of the US wealth business (UMA/SMAs, TAMPs, home-office platforms).
• Proven success in building enterprise partnerships and platform relationships.
• Strong investment acumen and ability to engage with PMs and analytics on construction and risk.
• MBA and/or CFA preferred; Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the US GWM Model Portfolio strategy, including product roadmap, investment line-up, positioning, and go-to-market priorities.
• Establish and own platform distribution strategy across wirehouse, independent b/d, RIA, banks, and aggregators.
• Drive asset growth by identifying and securing enterprise partnership opportunities.
• Lead scalable coverage models with distribution teams (Sales and Specialists).
• Partner with Marketing to shape content, messaging, and advisor materials.
