Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or relevant domain
• Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery and value management
• Experience maintaining and prioritizing backlogs with clear requirements and user stories
• Strong data-driven decision making and stakeholder management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a matrixed organization

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers customer value
• Conducts discovery and market research to align roadmap with customer needs
• Maintains backlog and supports roadmaps and value proposition
• Defines and tracks key success metrics for cost, features, risk, and reliability
• Identifies platform opportunities through user research and discovery
• Plans for upstream/downstream implications of platform features on experience
• Writes epics, user stories, and requirements to support development
• Leads end-to-end delivery including releases, operationalization, and performance reporting
• Collaborates with engineering and architecture on platform-first solutions
• Manages timelines, dependencies, blockers, and compliance requirements
• Presents product updates to senior leadership and aligns with strategic goals
