Qualifications

• 5+ years of payments, treasury services, fintech, or related domain.
• 5+ years in product delivery, implementation management, platform delivery, or related field.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into clear requirements for tech and operations teams.
• Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong delivery management methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience managing enterprise-level release and deployment activities.
• Experience operating in regulated environments and partnering with governance functions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across global, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Apply expertise in RTP, faster payments, and global payment ecosystems to drive scalable delivery outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery activities: intake, scoping, dependency management, release management, and performance reporting.
• Design scalable delivery frameworks and operating models across regions, platforms, and client segments.
• Develop clear business, functional, and operational requirements for technology and operations teams.
• Champion client experience by defining measurable outcomes and feedback loops.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Controls, and Compliance.
• Proactively manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and resources; escalate issues to maintain momentum.
• Establish and enhance delivery standards, processes, governance, readiness, and post-deployment reviews.
• Provide transparent, executive-ready reporting on program status and product performance.
