Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training or education.
• 5+ years of experience in credit structuring and underwriting.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial statement modeling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead underwriting due diligence and partner with relationship managers to produce deal screen and underwriting documents.
• Interface with clients and stakeholders to facilitate underwriting process.
• Detail debt financings and company financials using Excel and Sageworks.
• Perform sensitivity analysis and modeling of projected cash flows.
