Qualifications

• 9+ years of market research or insight experience.
• Significant experience supporting Medical Device, Diagnostics, Digital Health, or broader MedTech organizations.
• Strong client management, business development, and leadership skills.
• Expertise in quantitative research methodologies and storytelling with data.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Responsabilités

• Client Leadership & Business Growth: Develop and grow strategic relationships with MedTech clients and drive revenue growth.
• MedTech & Research Expertise: Lead quantitative research programs including market assessments, segmentation, demand forecasting, and customer experience studies.
• Business & Project Leadership: Manage account plans, forecasts, revenue goals, and profitability targets.
• People Leadership: Coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering collaboration and high performance.
