Job summary

Ipsos Healthcare seeks a Vice President, MedTech Research to drive growth, profitability, and strategic leadership for a MedTech client portfolio. You will build trusted client relationships, identify opportunities, and oversee research excellence while developing talent across the organization.

You will lead quantitative programs across market assessments, segmentation, demand forecasting, and customer experience studies, translating data into strategic recommendations and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of market research or insight experience.
• Significant experience supporting MedTech organizations.
• Strong client management, business development, and leadership skills.
• Expertise in quantitative research methodologies and storytelling with data.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow strategic relationships with MedTech clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and recommending impactful solutions.
• Drive revenue growth through account expansion and new business development.
• Partner across Ipsos teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Lead quantitative research programs including market assessments, segmentation, demand forecasting, message testing, pricing, and customer experience studies.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and business strategy.
• Manage account plans, forecasts, revenue goals, and profitability targets.
• Provide executive oversight across the research lifecycle to ensure quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Champion innovation and operational excellence.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
• Build high-performing teams that consistently deliver exceptional results.
