CVS Health, a leading health services company, seeks a Vice President of Medicare Product to set the strategy and lead the portfolio across Medicare Advantage, Part D, Duals, Group Medicare, and related offerings. This executive drives growth, margin, and customer value within a nationally scaled program.

The role requires deep Medicare expertise, executive presence, and the ability to lead large, matrixed teams across Finance, Actuarial, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of healthcare experience leading complex product portfolios in a highly regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare required, including strategy, economics, lifecycle management, and regulatory complexity.

Responsabilités

• Set the product strategy and 1- to 5-year roadmap for the Medicare portfolio across Medicare Advantage, Part D, Duals, Group Medicare, and ancillary products.
• Drive portfolio performance with emphasis on growth, margin, affordability, quality, and customer value; translate priorities into actionable plans.
• Oversee product implementation readiness, 700+ annual bid and product filings, and governance to ensure accurate translation into systems and experiences.
• Partner with Government Affairs, Legal, Compliance, and senior leaders on policy developments and strategic positioning.
