CVS Health is seeking a seasoned product leader to own local market product strategy for the Central Region, shaping differentiated portfolio solutions aligned to customer needs. You will drive end-to-end portfolio performance, monitor metrics, and lead cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, Underwriting, Actuarial, and Network teams.

The role requires 10+ years in product/portfolio management within healthcare, with a track record of influencing a matrixed organization and delivering

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, healthcare benefits, or related strategic leadership roles within the healthcare industry.
• Medical Benefit Product experience / knowledge
• Demonstrated success developing and executing portfolio strategies that drive growth, retention, customer value, and business performance
• Demonstrated success influencing up and across a highly matrixed organization
• Executive-level presentation and storytelling skills

Responsabilidades

• Defining portfolio strategy translating market intelligence, buyer needs, competitive insights, and performance data into differentiated product and solution roadmaps
• Driving end-to-end portfolio performance, monitoring key metrics and adjusting strategies to achieve business objectives
• Translating strategy into execution - defining priorities, creating timelines, and project managing deliverables while managing risks and dependencies
• Driving alignment across a matrixed organization, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Underwriting, Actuarial, Network and other stakeholders to accelerate delivery and impact
• Leading change management and continuous improvement across segments and markets related to application and process changes
