Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an experienced product leader for the West Market to drive portfolio strategy and execution in a matrixed environment. This individual contributor role focuses on tailoring solutions to market opportunities and customer needs, collaborating across Product, Sales, Underwriting, Actuarial, Network and other stakeholders to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Portfolio strategy development and execution experience preferred.
• Ability to translate market intelligence into differentiated product roadmaps.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Underwriting, Actuarial, Network and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Defining portfolio strategy translating market intelligence, buyer needs, competitive insights, and performance data into differentiated product and solution roadmaps
• Driving end-to-end portfolio performance, monitoring key metrics and adjusting strategies to achieve business objectives
• Translating strategy into execution - defining priorities, creating timelines, and project managing deliverables while managing risks and dependencies
• Driving alignment across a matrixed organization , partnering closely with Product, Sales, Underwriting, Actuarial, Network and other stakeholders to accelerate delivery and impact
• Leading change management and continuous improvement across segments and markets related to application and process changes
