Job summary

Blessing Health is seeking the Vice President of Medical Group Operations to provide executive leadership for Blessing Corporate Services' physician practices. Reporting to the CMO, you will ensure effective, efficient operations across ambulatory clinics, recruitment, retention, and compensation programs.

You will collaborate with medical staff leaders and other executives to align operations with strategic goals, drive performance, and uphold ICARE standards and Blessing's Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or MBA/master’s in healthcare administration.
• 3–5 years healthcare experience as Practice Administrator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and operational oversight for physician practices.
• Collaborate with CMO and executives to align operations with strategic priorities.
• Develop and evaluate operational strategies to improve access, growth, productivity, retention, and financial performance.
