Job summary

Blessing Health System seeks a Vice President, Medical Group Operations to provide executive leadership for Blessing Corporate Services’ medical group and ambulatory practices. You will align clinic operations with strategic priorities and ensure high-quality patient care.

Reporting to the CMO, you will lead recruitment, retention, and physician compensation programs, and collaborate with medical staff leaders and service line leaders to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, MBA, or Master’s in Healthcare Administration required.
• Preferred 3–5 years healthcare experience as Practice Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and operational oversight for Blessing Medical Group practices.
• Collaborate with CMO and other leaders to align clinical and financial goals.
• Oversee recruitment, retention, and physician compensation.
• Develop and evaluate programs that support access, growth, productivity, and quality patient care.
