Job summary

Monks seeks an executive lead for its Media Transformation practice to define operational strategy, scale advisory capabilities, and build modern solutions for enterprise clients. You will lead a 35+ person team, own P&L, and set delivery standards across staff augmentation, training, and advisory sprints.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership in media operations, digital transformation, or management consulting within agency, brand, or consultative settings.
• Proven track record of leading teams (20+) across tech stack consulting, media strategy, DCO, and embedded client services.
• Deep experience partnering with, training, or advising in-house brand teams and deploying operating models and roadmaps.
• Strategic literacy across GMP, GMP-adjacent platforms, DCO, and ad tech taxonomy.
• Technical familiarity with AI tools/readiness, measurement frameworks, and ad tech taxonomy.
• Experience embedding AI workflows or automation tools into daily delivery models.
• Ability to present complex organizational change strategies to C-suite audiences.
• Commercially savvy with a strong growth mindset and client-pitch excellence.

Responsibilities

• Define operational strategy for the Media Transformation practice and scale advisory capabilities.
• Lead day-to-day operations of a 35+ person multidisciplinary team with P&L accountability.
• Design flexible engagement models including staff augmentation, training, and advisory sprints.
