Job summary

Monks is seeking a Sr Manager, Media Strategy to lead day-to-day planning, insights and client service on premier client relationships. You will drive cross-channel campaigns, build data-driven stories, and present high-impact insights to senior-level clients.

You will collaborate with Activation, Investment and Data & Measurement teams, using AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, plan building and reporting, while mentoring junior staff and growing engagements across services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in media planning, digital media or client service.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high standards.
• Experience with syndicated media planning tools to build audience-driven plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-channel campaign planning and deliver holistic recommendations.
• Own project management and delivery across client workstreams.
• Facilitate client calls and meetings; share performance details.
