Job summary

Monks is seeking a Director, Media Strategy to lead strategic product development across major accounts. You will guide go-to-market strategies, integrate cross-functional plans, and drive measurable outcomes using data-driven storytelling and AI-enabled workflows.

You will collaborate with client strategy, activation, investment and data teams to ensure strategic plans translate into execution and performance excellence, while mentoring senior team members in a fast-paced, high-volume

Qualifications

• 9+ years in media strategy, planning and digital media.
• BA or equivalent with emphasis on marketing, advertising, or business.
• Fluent in data and AI-enabled tools for analysis and storytelling.
• Experience with syndicated planning and insight tools.
• Ability to present data-driven narratives to senior clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of go-to-market strategies and integrated, full-funnel media plans.
• Set standards for annual planning, campaign strategy, audience frameworks and measurement.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate insights, planning and reporting.
• Analyze data and craft executive-ready recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of client business priorities and competitive landscape.
