Job summary

Razorbish is seeking a Vice President, Program Management focused on media to drive integrated campaigns across digital, social, video and OOH. You will lead the delivery teams, align stakeholders, and ensure operational excellence to deliver value for clients and Razorbish.

You will supervise project managers, advocate for the work, and collaborate with executive-level stakeholders to maintain a shared vision across teams and agencies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Program management experience in a fast-moving digital agency environment.
• End-to-end management of large-sized, complex media programs.
• Experience with marketing, product, data & analytics teams and leading MarTech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Run large media programs through full lifecycle across multiple agencies.
• Ensure delivery team organization and health within accounts.
• Staffing and financial management to improve margins.
• Define project methodologies and tailor them to client needs.
• Establish scope management and change-control processes.
