InMarket is seeking a VP, Measurement Sales to lead a team of 5-8 directors and drive revenue growth for the measurement business line, working remotely within the US. The role leverages established agency and advertiser relationships to win and expand business.

Reporting to the SVP of Measurement Sales, you will hire, coach, and develop top performers, manage budgets, and collaborate on strategic plans to overachieve goals. Base salary ranges from $190k to $225k, plus potential bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading a digital sales team.
• Proven track record in selling measurement solutions to advertisers and agencies.
• Strong client relationships in assigned region and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5-8 measurement sales directors.
• Meet overall team quota.
