DAC Group seeks a VP-level leader to expand analytics influence across our largest client engagements. The role elevates how analytics informs decision-making, experimentation, and media strategy—working closely with media, client, and technology leadership across the agency.

You will mentor senior analytics professionals within Proove Intelligence, shape analytics capabilities, and foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in analytics, measurement, or data science within a media, marketing, or performance-driven environment.
• Proven success applying analytics to influence marketing strategy and investment decisions.
• Strong understanding of media measurement, experimentation, and performance analytics.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and clients in strategic discussions.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary agency teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic analytics initiatives across client engagements.
• Partner with media and client leaders to inform investment decisions, optimization priorities, and testing roadmaps.
• Mentor analytics leaders and evolve capabilities within Proove Intelligence.
