Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a visionary VP of Marketing for Shockwave Medical IVL products to drive downstream marketing and commercialization across the United States. You will partner with US/EU sales, clinical, R&D and regulatory teams to shape strategies, campaigns and product launches in a fast-paced cardiovascular MedTech environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of leadership in a medical device environment.
• BA or equivalent experience is required; MBA or advanced degree highly desired.
• Working knowledge of business finances, strategic planning, marketing and sales.
• Experience with cardiovascular/IVL products is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 30% and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Product Marketing: develop value proposition, positioning, messaging for IVL products and campaigns.
• Product Launches: lead go-to-market, pricing, inventory planning and sales support.
• Brand Strategy: manage corporate/product identity and communications across channels.
• Marketing Operations: oversee conferences, events and team meetings globally.
• Portfolio & Strategy: input on PDP programs, market research and prioritization.
