Johnson & Johnson is seeking a seasoned VP of Marketing to own downstream marketing and commercialization for Shockwave Medical IVL products, driving sustained growth and leadership in cardiovascular MedTech. The role reports to the VP of Global Sales and Marketing, collaborates with senior leaders, physicians, and cross-functional teams, and shapes pricing, campaigns, and product launches.

This is a remote role across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in a leadership role in medical device environment.
• BA or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• Working knowledge of business finances, strategic planning, marketing and sales, product development, operations and logistics.
• Experience with vascular/balloon catheter platforms preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsabilités

• Develop value proposition and product positioning for IVL products; oversee campaigns and collateral.
• Lead go-to-market strategies, including pricing, inventory, targeting and sales support.
• Oversee brand strategy and communications across print, digital, and social media.
• Manage marketing operations, conferences, and global/national events.
• Provide input into PDP programs, market research, and physician feedback for product development.
