Zusammenfassung

The VP, Marketing at Johnson & Johnson Shockwave Medical leads downstream marketing and commercialization for IVL products, ensuring continued growth and leadership in cardiovascular MedTech. The role reports to the VP, Global Sales and Marketing and collaborates with senior staff, key opinion leaders, and cross-functional teams.

This is a remote role available in all states within the U.S. Travel up to 30% is required to support global and national activities and partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 15 years of leadership in a medical device environment.
• BA or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree desired.
• Working knowledge of business finances, strategic planning, marketing and sales, product development, operations and logistics.
• Understanding of healthcare market and regulated environment.
• Experience with balloon catheter platforms preferred.
• Experience in vascular medical devices preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Aufgaben

• Develop value proposition, product positioning, messaging for IVL products and marketing collateral.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new IVL products, including pricing, inventory planning and sales support.
• Oversee brand identity and communications across print, digital and social media.
• Manage global and national conferences, meetings and events.
• Contribute to product development programs and PDP prioritization.
• Oversee internal communications and PR functions.
• Guide scientific communications and publications planning.
• Develop and mentor marketing teams to achieve performance goals.
