Job summary

Strativ Group is seeking a hands-on VP Marketing to own global positioning and establish the platform as the leading stablecoin solution in payments. Reporting to a Co-Founder, this role offers high autonomy and strategic impact.

You will drive brand identity, field marketing, and thought leadership across the payments ecosystem, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• In-house experience in stablecoins, digital assets, payments orchestration, PSPs, or payment networks.
• First-principles builder with high ownership and hands-on execution.
• Deep knowledge of the payments conference circuit and B2B buyer psychology.

Responsibilities

• Own global brand positioning and messaging from scratch.
• Lead field marketing and global events strategy end-to-end (Money20/20, Fintech Meetup, Token 2049, MAG).
• Drive thought leadership, PR, and media/analyst relations to shape industry perception.
• Own digital marketing and discoverability, optimizing for AI search engines and Geo.
• Oversee internal marketing, manage external agencies, and build the marketing function.
