Job summary

Stripe is seeking a leader to own the integrated campaigns for its stablecoin and crypto products, including Bridge, across a global, cross-functional team. You will drive strategy, content, and activations and ensure regional relevance to maximize acquisition, engagement, and pipeline growth.

You will partner with product marketing, channels, and regional teams to deliver multi-channel campaigns, analyze performance, and share insights to improve results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise B2B marketing experience with integrated campaigns and regional/field marketing.
• Strong knowledge of fintech industry trends and technology.
• Proven ability to partner with regional marketing and sales to develop pipeline.
• Analytical acumen to build and interpret measurement tools and data.
• Excellent presentation, writing, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity, rapid growth, and strategic acceleration.
• Experience building campaigns from the ground across multiple moving parts.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall campaign strategy and plan for Stripe's stablecoin and crypto products, driving global activation.
• Coordinate with comms, product marketing, channel, regional teams to define and execute campaigns.
• Ensure local relevance and advise on campaign delivery with regional marketing.
• Deliver multi-channel campaigns across digital, web, email, events, social, and sales plays in partnership with teams.
• Develop compelling content sets with product marketing and editorial teams.
