Baby2Baby is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Vice President of Development, Events, and Volunteer & Community. Based in Los Angeles, you will manage calendars, prepare meeting materials, and ensure smooth information flow between teams.
You will coordinate donor meetings, assist with event logistics, and help create leadership materials. The role offers growth and the chance to contribute to a mission-driven organization serving families in need.

Reporting to the Vice President Development, the Assistant supports the VP across the three areas she oversees: Development, Events, and Volunteer & Community. This individual keeps the VP’s day to day running smoothly, prepares meetings and materials, helps information move clearly between the three teams, and tracks priorities and follow-ups so nothing slips through the cracks. Over time, this role has room to take on more responsibility.
The Assistant will work Monday-Friday at 5830 W. Jefferson Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90016. The work is performed in an office setting and is currently on site 4-5 days per week.
