Based at Baby2Baby HQ, the position is on-site 3–5 days a week with occasional visits to partner organizations and events.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Program, the Program Coordinator will support the coordination of distributing essential items to partner organizations across the western region. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day program operations by maintaining databases, processing donation requests, and coordinating item distribution logistics. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
The Program Coordinator will work at Baby2Baby's HQ. The work is performed in an office setting and is currently on site 3-5 days per week with potential visits to partner organizations.
